Start Steam

• Just press the Windows Key and type "Steam".
• Click on "Steam" to run.

"Steam" may connect and download some updates. 

Once it is started,

• Click on "Library".

This is where all the games installed will be displayed.

• Find "Counter Strike GO" from the left sidebar
• Right-click on "Counter Strike GO" and click on "Create Desktop Shortcut".
